These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Member", "Player") and max855my ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the max855my website at https://max855my.cam, including all associated sub-pages, services, applications, and content made available thereon.

• Not a Platform Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and family members of the Operator or its affiliated service providers are not permitted to hold or use a player account.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests are subject to prior completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX during standard banking hours. Requests submitted outside banking hours may be processed on the next available banking day.
• max855my reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending further investigation.

max855my may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to registered Members. All Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of the Operator and are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the Bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winings derived from Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice.

max855my reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice. Any abuse of bonus structures, including but not limited to low-margin or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value, will result in cancellation of the Bonus and may result in account suspension.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the max855my sports betting platform. Specific rules applicable to individual sports, leagues, and bet types are detailed within the relevant section of the Platform.

• Bet Placement: A bet is considered placed and binding only upon receipt of a confirmation notification from the Platform. The Operator does not accept liability for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Member's end.
• Odds Errors: In the event that incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical or human error, max855my reserves the right to void any affected bets at the displayed incorrect odds and offer the opportunity to re-place the wager at the correct odds.
• Live In-Play Betting: Live betting odds change in real time. Once a bet is confirmed at specific set of odds, those odds are locked for that wager. Bets submitted during a connection delay may be cancelled if the stated odds have materially changed.
• Mix Parlay: Mix Parlay bets combine two or more selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the parlay to be paid. If one selection is voided, the parlay is recalculated as if that selection were removed. Specific Mix Parlay rules are displayed at the time of bet construction.
• Abandoned Events: Where a sporting event is abandoned or postponed and not replayed within a period specified in the sport-specific rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-event and daily payout limits apply and are displayed on the relevant betting pages. The Operator reserves the right to void any wager or portion thereof that exceeds these limits.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the max855my Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all associated winnings and balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hand information live poker or coordinating casino bet strategies.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human play.
• Fraud and Identity Theft: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC; using another person's identity, payment method, or account; or accessing another Member's account without authorisation.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, disguise, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity. max855my is required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winings obtained through such exploitation are void.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using shared devices or IP addresses, or employing low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through a financial institution in relation to any deposit made to max855my.

max855my reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplemental terms applicable to a specific product or promotion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period following a withdrawal request or when requested by the compliance team;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Discovery that the Member is under21 years of age;
• Where closure is required to comply with applicable law, regulatory obligation, or a court order;
• At the Member's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).

A Member who wishes to voluntarily close their account should contact the support team via live chat. Where a genuine outstanding balance exists in the account at the time of closure, and where no breach of these Terms has occurred, such balance will be returned to the Member following satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, max855my and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winings, or business opportunity;
• Data loss or corruption;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform that is subject to change without notice.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. max855my makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content or service on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content on the max855my Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
